GRD Operator – 2nd Shift

Join Sibanye-Stillwater’s Granulation team and help process materials as part of our precious metals recycling and recovery operations. We’re looking for dependable people who are ready to work, learn, and put safety first. What You’ll Do
• Operate granulation and industrial processing equipment
• Load, move, weigh, and track materials
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
• Complete basic production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow operating procedures and safety requirements
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Machine operation or forklift experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around equipment
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
