Area(s) of responsibility Job Description – GenAI Technical Architect / Senior Technical Lead Experience: 18–23 Years Location: PAN India Primary Skills: Python, React, Agentic AI, AWS Cloud Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced GenAI Technical Architect / Senior Technical Lead with 18–23 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, React, Agentic AI frameworks, and AWS Cloud, with a proven track record of architecting and implementing large-scale Generative AI applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and the ability to drive AI transformation initiatives from concept to production deployment.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as CrewAI, Auto. Gen, Lang. Graph, Lang. Chain, Semantic Kernel, and Llama. Index.
• Develop scalable AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Agentic Workflows, and AI Orchestration frameworks.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and modern UI frameworks.
• Architect cloud-native AI solutions on AWS using services such as Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, EKS, Sage. Maker, Open. Search, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and Cloud. Watch.

Required Skills

Generative AI & Agentic AI

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with: CrewAI, Auto. Gen, Lang. Graph, Lang. Chain, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Models, Amazon Bedrock Python Development
• 10+ years of experience in Python development.
• Expertise in: o FastAPI o Flask o Django o Async Programming o REST API Development o Microservices Architecture Front-End Development
• Strong hands-on experience in: o React.js o TypeScript
• Experience building AI-powered user interfaces and dashboards. AWS Cloud
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and deployment.
• Experience with: o AWS Bedrock o Sage. Maker o Lambda
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, and secure cloud solutions. Data & AI Engineering Leadership Expectations
• Drive solution architecture and technology strategy for AI initiatives.
• Manage and mentor large engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Define engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and customers.
