Direct Support Professional - Residential Team Lead

Description Are you a caregiver looking to assist with the daily operations of a group home? As a team lead DSP, you will be in one of our local group homes, working with a team of DSPs, and helping adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals. There are two full time schedules: Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, with a rate of pay ranging from $19.

25 to $21.75/hour. There is also a Wednesday through Saturday 6am to 6pm position, with an average rate of pay of $21.66-$24.47/hour.

Responsibilities

Must be comfortable, or willing to learn how to support, individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of different settings.
