Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver web-based applications and backend services Build and ship new features and enhancements in a fast-paced, agile environment Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to refine and implement product requirements Mentor and guide team members on web development, backend design, and system architecture Continuously evaluate and improve architecture, performance, scalability, and user experience Apply object-oriented design principles and best practices (e.

g., SOLID, DRY) Research emerging technologies and contribute to their adoption in new or existing products Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Java backend development Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka Working knowledge of Elasticsearch Experience with distributed caching systems (e.
