Cleaner

Summary/Objective: The Cleaner/Finisher is responsible for A-side surface preparation in the Robot Weld process for metal structures. This role uses air-driven grinders and other hand tools to ensure parts meet customer shipping criteria and quality standards. The position requires effective communication with co-workers, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Essential Functions

Safely unload designated racks of carriers to the finishing table. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Cleaner/Finisher tasks. Safely load completed carriers onto the conveyor line. Accurately use the Finisher cycle button to record daily production. Identify and contain all reworkable, repairable, or damaged parts in the Non-Conformance area for skilled rework.

Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with other departments as needed. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Adhere to all company rules, policies, and safety standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. #ZR
