Shipping Support Specialist Job Description Brooks is looking for a Shipping Support Specialist as we accelerate our growth journey.

This position will be based out of our Chelmsford, MA Corporate Offices. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is computer savvy, physically capable of handling moderate lifting, and thrives in both independent and teamwork settings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform routine administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems. Lift and move packages or equipment up to 50 pounds as needed. Navigate frequent walking and standing throughout the shift. Collaborate with peers to support daily operations and special projects.

Work independently/self-motivated with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Willing to learn and take the extra steps to dig deeper to resolve problems.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

High School Diploma. Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Adept at learning different software programs. Comfortable with physically active tasks (lifting, walking, standing). Prior experience with Oracle Cloud ERP preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent attention to detail and organization. Ability to follow instructions and multitask efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Compensation

$22.84 USD to $30.90 USD Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
