The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products.

Your role

Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers. Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business. Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs. Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence.

Goal orientation – Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals. Entrepreneurial Mindset – Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results. Team Collaboration – Contributes to a supportive, success-driven team culture. Adaptability – Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations. Product Knowledge

• Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics). Operational – Submitting precise orders, following established protocols adhering to money handling processes, supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.

What We Offer

Pay: Earn uncapped commission, with estimated annual earnings of $55,000-$70,000. Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
