• Resident Dining The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Columbus, OH. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests. Sign On Bonus $1,500 ($750 paid out after 90 days of employment, $750 paid out after 6 months of employment) What you'll be doing: Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for

Must-haves: At least three years of progressive culinary experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements. Nice-to-haves: Associate’s degree in culinary arts. Where you'll be working: Capital University Compensation Range Up to $65,000 / year based on experience.
