Job Summary

Under the direction of the Client Services Supervisor, the CNA/HHA provides hands-on care to adult clients in their homes. This role focuses on personal care, safety, dignity, and comfort - while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

Provide direct, one-on-one care to clients in their homes Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Safely lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team Document care activities accurately and on time Work flexible hours to support client needs (great for per-diem caregivers!)

What We're Looking For

Education
