Director of Early Education and Admissions at St. Sebastian Parish School PreK-Kindergarten Admissions Preschool Families Transfers Kindergarten Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation and schedule of the preschool in accordance with diocesan, state, and licensing guidelines. Lead, and support teaching staff through coaching, evaluation, and professional development � ensuring adherence to diocesan safe environment standards.

Close communication and support from the leadership team including Pastor, Principal and Business Manager Manage enrollment, staff schedules, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining all student and staff files. Ensure a developmentally appropriate and faith-integrated curriculum is provided.

Foster positive relationships with all staff, parents, and children through communication, conferences, and community-building events Conduct school tours, when necessary Assist in overseeing enrollment and application process for Center for Early Learning Pre-school through Kindergarten Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field.

5+ years of experience in early childhood education, including administrative or leadership role Organized and detail-oriented, especially regarding licensing and compliance with all state licensing regulations Passion for early childhood education Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and work ethic compatible with the culture of a Roman Catholic faith.

Strong technical skills Ability to lead with professionalism, warmth, and integrity. Ability to adapt effectively to the changing needs and challenges of students and staff. A practicing Catholic Salary Range: $43,000 - $48,000
