Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join a team responsible for 6 communities with over 400 units and commercial spaces. You will oversee the Millrace District property, a 70-unit affordable housing community with commercial space in Woonsocket, RI. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include

leasing, resident relations, waitlist management, legal management, annual recertifications, rent collections, inspections, compliance, processing invoices, vendor management, and staff supervision.

Your Qualifications Property management experience is required. Experience with LIHTC and Section 8 programs are required. COS, CPO, and/or C3P designation is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
