As a Substitute Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Residential Services program, you will provide essential support to individuals living in a group home setting on an as-needed basis. Substitute DSPs play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by covering open shifts, callouts, vacations, and staffing needs — especially during afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
