What You’ll Do As a Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish—leading the build, ensuring quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way. In this role, you will: Drive project timelines and maintain accurate build schedules Champion a top-tier customer experience throughout construction Ensure job site cleanliness and organization Inspect work and enforce high-quality standards Manage and submit cost variances accurately Oversee projects primarily in the Bryan–College Station area (with flexibility to travel as needed) What You Bring 2–3 years of relevant construction or superintendent experience Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (ready to travel between communities) A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work A customer-first mindset with the ability to turn challenges into positive experiences A drive to continuously learn, improve, and grow Why You’ll Love Working Here We take care of our people—because you take care of our homes and customers.
