Supervisor Server

• Coeur d Alene, ID, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Honey Eatery and Social Club is looking for a Supervisor Server to join our Front of House team. Must have 3 years serving experience in high volume operations. This is a working position and you will be taking tables and making tips. This position could move into an Assistant Manager position with the right candidate The right candidate will have a flexible schedule, attention to detail, willingness to learn, good hygiene, understand sense of urgency and be a team player.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using reservation systems
• Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience working in a restaurant or nightclub setting is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
• Excellent sales and upselling abilities
• Willingness to help team members as needed
