Ziv was founded in 2018 to address the critical quality assurance needs facing today’s most advanced display manufacturers, by developing highly specialized inspection equipment using proprietary nanoscale optics and metrology. The company’s portfolio extends to microLED, QLED and OLED technologies with the goal of providing state of the art tools for improving the manufacturing process, lowering production costs, and enabling greater access to the use of these displays by all consumers. Using our lead and expertise in these worlds, we are also at the frontier of Silicon Photonics. As our Algorithm Engineer, you will report to the Senior Algorithm Engineer and co-lead the development and production of one of the most complex multi-disciplinary systems in the semiconductor industry. The chosen candidate is not afraid to get his hands dirty, loves a good challenge, and builds complex things from scratch. Full-time | Hybrid | Jerusalem | Startup We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Algorithm Engineer to develop solutions in: precision micromanipulation camera calibration image analysis AI-based metrology and classification Responsibilities Develop algorithms for calibration, positioning, alignment and micromanipulation Analyze experimental data and test solutions on real hardware Develop and validate AI models for detection and classification Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, coding, debugging and documentation Integrate successful prototypes into reliable production software Requirements At least 3 years of practical Algorithmic experience on real sensing systems- must Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Image processing and classification using classic and AI methods- advantage Proficiency in: Python and C# or C++. Py. Torch or Tensor. Flow MSc. degree in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, electrical engineering or a related scientific or engineering field- must (PhD- advantage) Independent, practical approach suited to a multidisciplinary startup Team player
