Prices start at $10 on Fridays and drop daily until everything is just $0.25 on Thursdays before new inventory arrives.

Position Overview

The Retail Team Member plays an important role in supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on retail position that includes stocking merchandise, assisting customers, organizing sales floor areas, cleaning, and helping maintain an efficient and safe shopping environment.

Team Members work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service • Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs • Stock merchandise and assist with product replenishment • Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards • Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership • Work collaboratively with team members and managers during busy periods • Help maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment • Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented • Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed • Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks during each shift • Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
