Job duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare biscuits and other bakery items that require short preparation Prepare bakery items according to Bojangles standards Read all bakery order slips or verbal instructions on preparation and baking product Ensure bakery items meet quality and quantity expectations Bake the exact number of bakery items required Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in the work- place Clean baking prep are to include cooking surface, utensils and floors Stock and restock area as needed Operate large volume cooking equipment Operating with a sense of urgency CLEAN ASYOU GO Compliance with FOY, Inc.

's uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook Successful candidates: Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people. Must be willing to train for all positions. Must be friendly, engaging, and must possess superb customer service skills. Must provide 110% customer satisfaction.

Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency. Must be able to work complete scheduled shifts with excellent attendance and punctuality.
