Cost Management: Analyze market trends, review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and conduct price comparisons to drive project cost savings. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with project management, finance, and legal teams to align purchasing schedules with real estate development milestones.

Quality & Compliance: Monitor material quality standards and ensure all vendor contracts adhere to local regulatory and safety laws. Inventory & Vendor Tracking: Maintain accurate logs using ERP tools to evaluate vendor performance and track ongoing purchase orders.
