VP, Senior Commercial Underwriter

The VP, Senior Commercial Underwriter plays a key role in supporting high-quality loan growth by evaluating, structuring, underwriting, recommending, and approving complex commercial credit requests. Working closely with Calling Officers and senior lending partners, this position applies sound credit judgment and thorough financial analysis to develop well-supported lending solutions that meet client needs while protecting the bank. In addition to underwriting new opportunities, the Senior Commercial Underwriter helps manage the existing commercial loan portfolio by monitoring credit quality, identifying emerging risks, minimizing potential losses, and supporting compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
