International Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an International Growth Marketing Manager based in the United States. The International Growth Marketing Manager will lead growth marketing strategy across five European markets: the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.

This strategic role focuses on building market-specific plans that reflect local competition, channel performance, customer behavior, and business maturity. You will own European marketing budgets, determine investment priorities, and guide specialists across paid social, paid search, affiliate, influencer, retail media, and television advertising.

Working closely with analytics, finance, agencies, and marketing leadership, you will strengthen measurement practices and turn performance insights into actionable growth opportunities. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution when needed, ensuring resources are directed toward the highest-impact initiatives.

Your success will be measured by stronger marketing efficiency, improved attribution, smarter investment decisions, and measurable growth across European markets.
