Minor League Athletic Trainer

The Washington Nationals are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time role at a minor league affiliate location for the 2027 season. This is a salaried role with health benefits and additional compensation to account for housing (for non-local candidates) and expenses during team travel. The Minor League Athletic Trainer will work under the supervision of the Minor League Medical Coordinator and Assistant Minor League Medical Coordinator in providing and coordinating player care at their respective affiliate location.
