Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four focused on building a positive, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset into the agency. I attended Oklahoma State University, where I ran cross country and track.

I’m a proud parent of two daughters, and we stay very active as a family. I’m also highly involved in the community, serving with the Brookside Business Association, a local Neighborhood Association, and the Tulsa Triathletes board. I also enjoy giving back by coaching middle school cross country and track. For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
