• Energy Systems) LOCATION Palej Role Purpose The Application Lab Scientist is responsible for the evaluation, characterization, testing, and optimization of advanced lithium-ion battery materials, including advanced anodes, conductive additives, electrolytes, and binders. The role supports the transition of innovative material technologies from laboratory-scale research to commercial deployment through rigorous electrochemical testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Key Result Areas OBJECTIVE (AREA) HOW (METHODS OF ACHIEVEMENT) MEASUREMENT (END RESULT) Cell Fabrication & Testing Electrode slurry preparation and process optimization.Cell assembly and testing of Li-ion batteries.Electrochemical evaluation using industry-standard cyclers.

Experience Requirement Details Basic Level of Education Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline Post Graduate Qualification Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline Certifications Battery Testing, Electrochemistry, or Laboratory Safety Certifications preferred Experience (No. of Years) 3-4 years Functional Skills Li-ion battery testing, electrode formulation, battery cyclers, material characterization, and technical analysis.
