Software Development Engineer in Test

What will you be doing Med. Trac, the operational foundation of our coordinated home care benefits business, is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to build and grow our quality engineering function. In this role, you will gain hands-on knowledge of a mission-critical application, collaborate with business and technical teams to identify key workflows, and develop a risk-based testing strategy.

Starting with manual testing, you will drive automated testing solutions, evaluate AI-powered testing platforms, and build regression and post-deployment test suites integrated into our CI/CD pipeline. This role offers significant influence in shaping quality practices and ensuring reliable software releases that support patient care operations daily.
