• Branson, MO, Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00Hourly, Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Manager to oversee our Old Trail Pizza Company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality. This role requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives with precision and care. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment. Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

Skills Proficient knife skills for efficient food preparation. Strong culinary background with experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza cooking. Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in catering is a plus, with an understanding of dietary department needs.

Creative mindset for menu planning and developing new pizza offerings. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
