Club Attendant

• New York, NY, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Title: Housekeeping Club Attendant Objective: Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain The Manhattan Club in a clean and orderly manner.

Essential Functions

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate. Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (7 hours or more).

Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, stretching, stooping, handling, and gripping is required. Ability to frequently lift or carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to occasionally lift or carry more than 15 lbs. Ability to walk down two flights of stairs and walk up one flight of stairs. Ability to arrange things in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
