It is designed for those who have completed their college studies, or equivalency, and already have a sense of the calling/career path they want to pursue. The program is designed to be a bridge from college or secular career to ministry, giving residents invaluable ministry experience that will better prepare them for more permanent roles within the church.

Within a specific area of ministry, residents will be given responsibilities comparable to that of a director. In addition, residents receive weekly leadership and spiritual development training from the Senior Pastor and others, ministry coaching, complete quarterly studies and lead ministry activities.
