We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Student Services Coordinator to support our school during evenings and weekends —our busiest and most vibrant times. This role is perfect for someone local who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, organized experience for students, families, and teachers. What You’ll Do As the face of the school during your shift, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while delivering exceptional, student focussed customer service. Front Desk & Daily Operations Open and close the school following the Daily Checklist Review the daily roster for key updates (new students, makeups, last-day students) Prepare for upcoming tours and host tours when families arrive, including follow-up Send an end-of-day recap email summarizing tours, sign-ups, attendance issues, and any notable situations Student & Family Experience Greet students and parents warmly—by name Welcome new students, walk them to class, and introduce them to their teacher Answer incoming phone calls and texts with professionalism and care Respond to emails in the school inbox Check voicemails and return calls promptly Call students who are tardy or absent after 15 minutes and send makeup links as needed Administrative & Enrollment Support Complete follow-up calls to new leads using Hub.
