What You'll Do

as a Construction Crew Member/Driver Assist with roofing, siding, remodeling, and general construction projects. Prepare job sites by helping with demolition, installation, material removal, and cleanup. Measure, cut, carry, position, install, and remove building materials according to project needs. Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment safely and properly.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment while keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe. Drive a Ford F-350 four-door truck and pull a 20-foot flatbed trailer to job sites. Protect customers' homes, property, and landscaping while completing assigned work. Follow the crew foreman's direction and work with your crew to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Our Ideal Construction Crew Member/Driver Dependable: Show up ready to work each day and follow through on your responsibilities. Experienced or Teachable: Bring previous roofing, siding, carpentry, remodeling, or general construction experience, or a willingness to learn through on-the-job training. Safety-Conscious: Work safely with tools, ladders, roofs, and elevated work areas while following proper construction practices.

Physically Capable: Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, regularly climbing and bending, and lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds. Qualified Driver: Hold a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record for the past five years, and be able to meet DOT physical requirements. Team-Focused: Take pride in quality work, be willing to improve, and contribute to a friendly, Christian team environment.
