Lead Facility & Maintenance Mechanic

The Lead Facilities & Maintenance Mechanic is a highly experienced technical lead responsible for the reliability, troubleshooting, and improvement of manufacturing equipment, facility infrastructure, building systems, and critical utilities. This position combines advanced hands-on maintenance capability with facilities engineering knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC and mechanical systems, controls, automation, compressed air, fire-life-safety systems, and other critical facility assets.

They will serve as a senior technical resource and provide day-to-day technical leadership to maintenance personnel.
