Our community is designed in a group home-style setting , where caregivers work together to support multiple Elders and create a comfortable, familiar environment that feels like home. What We're Looking For

Because our caregivers care for multiple Elders at once , previous experience in a group-care setting is important. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, memory care, or a group home setting Experience caring for multiple residents at the same time Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, dependable, and accountable Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Must be able to attend all required training Must be available for our week-long New Hire Training , Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM What You'll Do As a caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping our Elders feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their day.

Your responsibilities

Assisting multiple Elders with activities of daily living (ADLs) Supporting medication and daily care routines Helping with meals and household responsibilities Participating in activities and encouraging engagement Getting to know the Elders you care for and learning what makes each person unique Communicating with your team to provide consistent, compassionate care throughout the home Why Join Us?
