Job Description: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare, mix, and administer chemotherapy, iron infusions, biologic agents, injections, and other infusion therapies in accordance with physician orders and established safety protocols. Monitor patients during and after infusions, assess for adverse reactions, and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.

Collaborate with physicians regarding treatment plans, protocols, and patient care. Triage patient telephone calls, assess patient concerns, and communicate with providers to ensure timely follow-up. Schedule and coordinate infusion appointments. Maintain inventory of medications and infusion supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemotherapy and hazardous medications in compliance with applicable regulations. Disinfect infusion chairs, equipment, and treatment areas between patients following infection prevention standards. Maintain accurate documentation, medication logs, and inventory records.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA , OSHA, and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients. Skills & Attributes Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
