Performance Data Quality Analyst

The Performance Data Quality Analyst leads the process to review railroad network operational data to ensure that events and delays are accurately represented. They will ensure completeness and accuracy of data through review and analysis, initiate fact-finding processes with stakeholders across the business, participate in the development of tools to strengthen and use the data, and monitor operational performance incentives and penalties to continuously improve the service delivered.

The Performance Data Quality Analyst works closely with other members of the Keolis Commuter Services (KCS) Performance Team to advance initiatives to improve on-time performance and support data-driven business decisions.
