Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager Italian Cuisine in Miami

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our leadership team!

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor while also managing the administrative side of operations. You'll support all aspects of service, team development, and guest relations - while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations. Because our concept celebrates authentic hospitality and culture, professional proficiency in Italian is highly preferred to facilitate authentic guest engagement and vendor relationships.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Proven ability to manage daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive results

• Payroll processing and labor management

• Staff scheduling and forecasting

• Inventory control and ordering

• End-of-day reporting and cash handling

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Professional, polished, and composed under pressure

• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage (Italian/Mediterranean a plus)

• Flexible schedule - nights, weekends, and holidays required
