IT Systems Technician I Temp

The Systems Technician I installs, configures, and ensures proper physical operation of the desktop and laptop computers. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Receives escalated support issues. Inquiries, and related requests. Responds accurately and promptly to users.

Communicates technical issues at an appropriate level for the audience. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
