We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Bartenderto join our team atThe Hollow, the new cocktail bar located in the lobby of Hyatt House & JDV by Hyatt The Mindaro.

The Hollow is a welcoming gathering place where Guests can enjoy craft cocktails, food, conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere. As a Bartender, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable experience from the moment our Guests arrive.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in their work, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve quality craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to Guests

Take orders and accurately process transactions through the POS system

Prepare and serve food and light menu items

Engage with Guests and create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area

Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and hotel standards

Work collaboratively with the restaurant and hotel teams to deliver an exceptional Guest experience

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift

What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred

A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest service

Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment

Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated

Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of Guests

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality products

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification
