RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing all inventory related transactions in Syspro regarding stock transfer / issues /usages. Write offs of obsolete stock in Syspro with approved documentation. Provide support to Stakeholders – Internal and External Supply feedback for audit queries from internal and external auditors. Monitor the GIT Account with the SCT department and review monthly.

Ad-Hoc tasks as required. Processing of stock transfers in Syspro] Record all relevant stock movements Administer stock journals where required Participate in and Record all stock counts. Identification of all stock Implement and maintain FIFO system Receive, store, issue stock and deliveries in line with procedures. Manage, plan and conduct all stock takes Investigate all variances Check DigiSOL daily to ensure all movement is recorded on systems.
