Senior Fullstack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered voice communication software for businesses. You will own customer-facing features from early discovery through production, helping shape the product through hands-on engineering and direct customer feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Speak with customers, gather feedback, and use user testing to understand needs and validate product ideas.
• Break opportunities into focused releases, ship frequently, and iterate based on customer insights and product metrics.
• Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions for AI voice products.
• Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions across the frontend and backend.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features.
• Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred.
• Native German proficiency and fluent English.
• Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and using metrics to inform decisions.
• A high-ownership, pragmatic approach and comfort working in a fast-moving product environment.
• Experience integrating LLMs, deploying AI services, or working with GDPR and European AI regulations is beneficial.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary range: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Remote, Germany.
