As we gear up for our busy season, we are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians and fueling things up with a hiring bonus of $5,000 for those that start prior to October 28 th .

Pay Hourly Rate: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hiring Bonus: $5,000 for qualified technicians who start prior to October 28, 2026 Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units) Perform high-quality preventive maintenance to keep our neighbors' homes running smoothly Help lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the job Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes a stipend and time-and-a-half pay for emergency calls.
