Technical Project Manager (LATAM)

About the Role

This is a contractor role through X-Team. Our Partner is scaling several high-impact internal engineering initiatives simultaneously. We are seeking a hyper-organized, execution-obsessed Technical Project Manager to act as the VP of Product & Tech’s "second set of eyes." In this role, you will take day-to-day ownership of project execution, sprint management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple parallel workstreams—including a major CRM platform migration, new full-stack engineering projects, and ongoing Data/BI initiatives.

This is a pure delivery and execution role focused on operational clarity, backlog hygiene, and clear communication—not a technical architecture position. You will ensure sprint rituals run like clockwork, clear blockers relentlessly, and keep every team accountable. Most Important 3+ years of experience leading Agile delivery, Scrum, or Technical Program Management within software engineering environments.

Proven track record of maintaining pristine backlogs, writing actionable user stories with explicit acceptance criteria, and building actionable dashboards/reports. Experience simultaneously tracking dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across parallel projects (e.g., migrations, full-stack dev, data pipelines).

Demonstrated ability to facilitate efficient, high-impact sprint rituals (standups, grooming, planning, retrospectives) that keep engineering velocity high. Expertise in spotting bottlenecks, tracking cross-project dependencies, and escalating risks before deadlines are impacted. Ability to translate complex engineering progress into clear, digestible updates for non-technical healthcare stakeholders and leadership.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, EHR integrations, or healthcare workflows. Hands-on delivery oversight during a CRM platform rollout or legacy system migration (e.g., Salesforce, Hub. Spot, or custom platforms). Basic understanding of data engineering workflows, ETL pipelines, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Experience coordinating deliverables and handoffs between internal engineering teams and third-party development agencies/contractors. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum. Master (A-CSM), or PMI-ACP. Personal Traits Nothing slips through the cracks. You naturally default to structured documentation, clear meeting notes, and explicit action items with assigned owners.

You naturally follow up on commitments and hold team members accountable without needing hand-holding or micro-management. You thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity with calm confidence, and actively bring structure to messy processes.
