LPN (Full-Time or Part-Time Day Shift or M-F 2pm-10pm)

At NRVCS, we are looking for an LPN to join our Fairview team! The LPN provides nursing supports and direct services designed to promote independence for individuals residing in the Fairview Home Assisted Living Facility. Works to ensure individuals health and safety needs are addressed, and in line with their Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
