Find out more at www.AOCformulations.com/en-amr . AOC’s Resin Manufacturing Plant in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Production Operator (Formulator) to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating formulating equipment, adhering to production schedules and safety procedures, and communicating any safety or equipment concerns.

Main Responsibilities Complete required training to understand and follow all company, job, safety, quality, and compliance procedures, including but not limited to: ISO, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and SDS requirements Operate and monitor formulating equipment, following all batch and production procedures, to safely produce resin products according to production schedules and quality specifications Transfer formulated products into drums, label finished products, and complete required production documentation Monitor equipment and processes, promptly reporting any safety hazards, mechanical issues, or other concerns to leadership Safely operate in-house forklifts, jockey, and/or semi-trailer equipment, as needed Participate in team, safety, training, benefits and other required meetings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift Other duties as assigned Work Environment Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
