Job Responsibilities

Review cases for wound updates Enter all updates and notes in the Kan. Time database Follow up on requests from the PCP for services Contact clinicians for updates and corrections Request home health orders and verbal orders from PCP's, hospitals, and specialists Review referrals Review charts for accuracy and efficiency Review orders for accuracy and efficiency Confirm patients' PCPs Assist patients with any questions, comments, or concerns Develop good working relationships with PCP staff and insurance companies Requirements: Previous experience working in Home Health as an LPN Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Outstanding customer service skills Level 2 Background screening
