No previous automotive sales experience is necessary!

Paid Sales Training

Minimum Monthly Compensation of $4,000/month for your first 90 days of continuous employment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the vehicle that's right for them while creating an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end.

Your responsibilities

Listening to customers and understanding what they want and need in a vehicle

Asking the right questions to help match customers with the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle

Demonstrating vehicle features and technology

Accompanying customers on test drives

Staying informed about new models, product releases, and vehicle features

Learning automotive terminology and keeping up with industry and technology changes

Building lasting relationships with customers

Introducing customers to our service team and the continued support available after their purchase
