The Admission Liaison receives referrals, physician orders, coordinates, and triages calls from patients and families and assists in explanation of services and completes the admission requirements.

The Admission Liaison participates in community outreach, as well as public relations with physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources. The Admission Liaison will also function as a staff nurse for patient visit needs. This is a non-exempt position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES You must be available daytime hours Monday
