Bonus amounts and payment terms vary based on the position and will be communicated during the hiring process. These roles may include: Operating manufacturing equipment and tools Reading blueprints and work instructions Performing assembly, welding, machining, inspection, or material handling Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs. Working in a fast-paced production environment Following all company safety and quality procedures Supporting cross-training and departmental needs as required This template is structured to capture baseline production qualifications and screen for experience levels relevant to DL classifications.

Qualifications
