Ability to perform elevated dining service techniques and follow established service protocols. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must obtain and maintain applicable California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, as required.

Must obtain and maintain a valid California Food Handler Card or applicable food safety certification, as required. Ability to follow restaurant service standards, food safety requirements, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. 💪 Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, glassware, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
