Outside Sales Representative (internally called Damage Consultant) Full-Time | Field Position Greater Houston Area, Texas $50,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Commission | OTE $100,000 Join Our Growing Houston Team Entrusted is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Damage Consultant) to respond to warm leads across the greater Houston area - Spring, Tomball, Pearland, Missouri City, Katy, and Cypress - helping homeowners recover from water, fire, and mold damage. No cold leads, you're meeting clients who already need us.

Responsibilities

Respond to leads by visiting client homes in your service territory Assess damage and propose solutions clients can trust Build rapport through honest, informed conversation Follow up on open questions and next steps Communicate with internal team members throughout the job

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and integrity Driven, competitive, and coachable Comfortable with face-to-face selling Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry preferred
