You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoy staying active.

You're comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 25 pounds. You have basic math skills and pay attention to details. You're organized, dependable, and work well with others. You're comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

You're comfortable completing a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen. You know how to get the job done safely and efficiently! What Does a Dock Team Member Do Anyway? Count, weigh, and measure incoming and outgoing donations and shipments. Safely load, unload, sort, stack, and organize merchandise.

Move donations and materials to designated areas throughout the facility. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to safely transport materials. Accurately track and record merchandise movements and weights. Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or other concerns to management. Assist donors and customers at our store donation center when needed.

Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized. Work alongside your team to keep donations moving efficiently! Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
