Job description
proactive and technically sound PHE Site Engineer to handle execution, coordination, and monitoring of Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting works at site. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, subcontractors, quality, and project timelines efficiently. Site Execution
- Execute Plumbing & Fire Fighting works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise installation of:
- Water supply systems
- Drainage & sewage systems
- Storm water lines
- Fire Fighting piping & equipment
- STP/WTP related piping works
- Ensure work completion as per project schedule. ### Coordination
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
- Resolve site execution clashes and technical issues. ### Planning & Monitoring
- Monitor daily site progress and manpower productivity.
- Prepare daily/weekly work plans and progress updates.
- Ensure material availability as per execution schedule. ### Quality & Safety
- Ensure works are executed as per approved standards and safety guidelines.
- Conduct inspections and testing activities.
- Maintain quality checklists and site records. ### Billing & Documentation
- Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
- Support RA billing and subcontractor billing processes.
- Maintain DPRs, material records, and inspection reports. --- ## Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple agencies
- Site execution & manpower handling skills
- BOQ understanding and quantity verification
- Good communication and reporting skills --- ## Preferred Software Knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Revit/BIM (preferred)
